 Before establishing CORPORATE REALTY SERVICES, Leo was an Associate Broker at Manhattan-based Brown Harris Stevens. Previous to that, he was an Associate Broker for 9 years with a Suffolk County-based firm where, as Director and top producer, he oversaw leasing & sales as well as managing and training new personnel.
During the past 18+ years, Leo has been servicing customers and landlords throughout the Long Island Commercial Real Estate community, specializing in Office, Industrial and Retail sales and leasing as well as build-to-suits. Leo is a member of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society (CIBS), the Long Island Business Development Council (LIBDC) and the Brookhaven Industrial Group Association (BIGA).

 Before joining CORPORATE REALTY SERVICES, Jim began his career with Industry One Realty, Inc. based in Farmingdale. He worked there for 8 years specializing in Industrial Sales and Leasing.
He first began his work experience by combining a law enforcement and military career by putting 20 years in with the NYC Police Department and 26 years with the United States Marine Corp. He retired from the NYPD as a Lieutenant and from the USMC as a Lieutenant Colonel. He then worked for a NY firm as an Executive Recruiter 10 years placing security executives throughout the country. From there he entered the commercial real estate field. Jim will continue with the Industrial Sales and Leasing while expanding into Office Sales and Leasing.

 Brian McGuire has recently joined Corporate Realty Services, as a Sales Associate. Brian honed his sales skills as owner of Rain Drop Irrigation, a local residential and commercial irrigation company. Brian's 20 years experience as a business owner on Long Island gives him unique insight in assisting his commercial client's real estate needs.
Brian received his Associate Degree from Farmingdale University and his Bachelors Degree in Management and Mathematics from Dowling College. Brian resides in Bayport with his wife Millie.

Prior to starting his career in commercial real estate, Brian was the director of sales and marketing for Green Island Systems based in Huntington, NY. Previously Brian was employed as a systems analyst in New York, NY, where his territory included the Banking District and Wall Street. Brian’s managerial experience started at Standard Telephone where he supervised 15 electronic technicians. Brian graduated from the State University at Farmingdale with an Associate’s Degree in data processing. After receiving his associates degree Brian continued his education at The New York Institute of technology in Old Westbury, New York where he majored in Computer Science. Brian resides in Huntington with his wife Catherine and daughters.

Brian Scripture has recently joined Corporate Realty Services as a Sales Associate. He had been an Economic Development Specialist at Keyspan Energy for the past eight years. In this role, Brian provided energy related business solutions in the form of rate discounts and rebates for energy efficiency. He has extensive experience working with various state and local financial assistance agencies on behalf of his business customers. Brian has delivered economic development programs and services for many Long Island businesses while helping them manage their energy demands.
Brian received his Bachelors Degree in Construction Management from Florida International University. He has more than 25 years of professional experience in the energy field, including five years of supervising activities in the company’s customer relations area. In addition, Brian resides on both the Energy & Utilities Committee and Manufacturing Revitalization Committee for the Hauppauge Industrial Association. He is also a long term member of the Long Island Business Development Council (LIBDC), and Corporate Realtors Network (CoreNet). Brian and his wife Lori reside in Smithtown.
